Hmm, I'll have to check it out online as I no longer have a TV. Scott Thompson was hired last year to be the entertainment for a Ministry event. His jokes were screened ahead of time, he was given strict instructions on what sort of jokes he could tell (nothing too racey, it IS the gov't) and then, night of, he went totally off script and told the raunchiest, dirtiest, most offensive jokes possible. Not cool! He does live in my neighbourhood and I see him around - should I tell him you're a fan?

It's MUCH better than Brain Candy, friend. It may not be as good as their sketches, but I think the murder mystery aspect will help tie the whole thing together. I already have favorite characters: Heather Weather? C'mon!

Did you really like it? I'm going to watch the next episode, but it just made me remember that I don't think they excel in the long form. I didn't think Brain Candy was nearly as good as their sketches.
