It really is one of the simplest yet most impressive main dishes. I like to throw a cut-up lemon, a few peeled garlic cloves and a few sprigs of fresh rosemary in. Also, I thickly slice a big onion and use that under the bird instead of roasting rack. Delicious!<br /><br />I hosted Thanksgiving this year for the first time ever and it was a huge success. All my recipes came from Chatelaine and everything included butter. Mmm.
